My name is Olga and I am a teacherholic.  My postgraduate research (on psycholinguistics) brought me to China, where my ESL teaching career started in 2004 and, unfortunately for my research which ended the moment I landed in a beautiful coastal city of Xiamen, I fell in love with China. My life changed and have never stopped teaching since then, mastering and improving my skills daily. I changed my area of research to ESL and teaching special groups, including young learners. Having taught kindergarten children and training new teachers for 12 years now, the idea to create a site to share my experience was only natural. So, whether you are a new teacher or just thinking to shake things up and move to China to teach, or you are looking for new ideas to bring to your classroom – there’s something for you here. Feel free to leave comments and share your thoughts.
